C.O.S.A completes the bunch of the latest three Black Konflik Records releases along with Hellexist and Military Shadow: C.O.S.A stands for Cache Of Strategic Arms and come from Kagawa, Japan and they are a pre - Effigy band. This cd is limitied to 500 copies and consists of their complete works from 1989 until 1995 with 12 tracks plus 1 live at Namba Bears in 1993, with full of grinding Metal crust sounds before they started Effiggy and later Axeweilder and Ulcer, C.O.S.A  was same era with Gloom, Ashhyxia, Dispair and lots more Japanese early 90's Crust band and they play together in the most famous early Crusties show Final Noise Attack.
