Estatua Maldita is a new band from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, they formed in the end of 2009 and this is their six track demo recorded in the first months of 2010 delivering primitive hardcore with hints of (black) metal. Nothing extraordinary here, guitars, basslines and drums are basic, vocals are black metal-ish screeches and sound is raw and primitive. They sing in Portugese and lyrics wise they are in the metal territory (Orgia Satanica, Holocausto Metal) but music wise this is not dark and "evil". Maybe this was recorded fast before tracks being more developed and without giving a shit about the sound quality but if you are into "true" black metal sound of '90s and Hellhammer then you may like this.
