Beton-Demo [2005]

Beton hail from Bratislava,Slovakia (Slovak Republic),they formed in 2005 and recorded two demos, a studio cd-r/tape and a live cd-r recorded at Bratislava's Extrem fest, in 2007 they released a split cd with CAD on Totalpunk Records, a label run by Alex from Distress.There is a second press on SMYT Records,a tape version on DeathMutt Records and in 2008 a vinyl version came out on a co-operation of labels, check the interview in Vermynoze Putrida zine from Brazil.
The studio demo cd-r/tape was recorded in 2005 and was released by Biosphere Records, The sound quality is good enough and the band delivers anger and brutality for about thirty minutes of angry D-beat crustcore.

Unquiet-Demo 2008

Unquiet hail from Berlin Germany and this is their three track demo recorded sometime in 2008.
This was limited to only 100 copies and delivers three tracks of heavy, emotional and dark crust in the vein of From Ashes Rise, His Hero is Gone and Tragedy. There are some dark melodies here and there, vocals are screamed/yelled, the sound quality is excellent and rhythms vary from fast to slower and emotional. The demo comes in tape format with nice package and includes the lyrics: This is paper made and not the typical plastic, lyrics included in a nicely done sheet, package and sheet may look a bit impractical but the idea is nice. The band offers the tracks for free in their myspace, unfortunately there is no any further information there, recently they released their first lp "This is darkness descended" on Behind the Scenes, Contraszt and Synalgie Records (Synalgie is the label behind the release of this demo)

Ablach-Demo 2007

Ablach formed in Aberdeen Scotland, Summer 2007 and features ex-members of Filthpact and current members of Bonesaw, they played their first gig on Dec 30th 2007, recording their demo shortly afterwards and have since shared stages with some of the best hardcore, grindcore, metal and punk bands around including: Achren, A Den Of Robbers, Afgrund, Atomgevitter, Co-Exist, Discharge, Diskelma, Joe Pesci, Flatlands, Ghoul Patrol, Rising Terror, $ylvester $taline,Wojczech, etc, in 2008 they toured in UK with Afgrund from Sweden.
The demo delivers fours tracks of brutal grind/crust and was repressed as a 7" by Problem Records for the tour. The name of band is an old name of Scotland,(Fir Ablan was a lost civilization), the lyrical content is included in the downloading folder and is merely a commentary on aspects of Scottish culture and history and are by no means to be taken as a nationalistic or patriotic rant,just read it and you ll understand
An album which has been mixed and mastered by Bri (Doom fame) will be released in spring 2009 on Blastwork Records

Germ Attak/ICBM-split demo 2004

A split demo with two bands coming from Ottawa, Canada:ICBM is a crust band with female vocals, they formed in 2004, this is their only recorded material, around 2005-06 they disbanded. Their tracks are aggressive in mid paced tempos, a few metal influences appear here and here, the female vocals sound good and fit with the raw and dissent sound of guitar.
ICBM stands for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile(thanx Slobo). Amebix seem to have given this name to many bands :There is another punk/hardcore ICBM from Edmonton Canada, a crust ICBM from South Korea and a UK electronica ICBM..and maybe some more out there...
Germ Attack have their roots in 80's UK hardcore, they love Disorder and the likes and their tracks is a homage to this band: One of the GA guys who runs Capitalicide distro has sent in the past two demos, the Schizophasia and No Solution demos.
Germ Attack stuff is very close to No Solution's Disorder worship. They have released some ep's ("st(?)", "Zapatista", "A Bleak Future" , a live split tape w/ t.h.r.u.s.h. from Canada and the "Ourovoros" lp/cd, most of the stuff is available in Capitalicide

Uncle Charles-Another day,another dollar cd-r [2002]

A limited to 100 copies demo cd-r by Uncle Charles, recorded sometime in in 2002 . Uncle Charles included members of Human Waste, they formed in Ostersund, Sweden in 2002 and released three records:a split 7" w Human Waste, "Action speaks louder than words" ep and "In crust we trust" 10",they contributed some tracks of the later in "Norrland D-Beat" comp. cd.
"Another day,another dollar" was recorded in '02 and two of these tracks appeared in "Action speaks.." too. This demo consisted of nine tracks of fast/midpaced Swedish hardcore in the vein of Anticimex with male/female vocals. Only 100 copies were made, Blindead Productions released these tracks in a split tape w/American Straight Edge Kegger.

Avskyvärld-Jag är lagen [cdr,2008]

Avskyvärld hail from the Luleå, a city in cold region of Norrbotten, north Sweden: They formed in 2007 and include members of Dispose, Kranium and Amöba, This cdr was recorded sometime in 2008 and delivers six tracks and seven minutes of raw and violent hardcore and the band offers it for free in their myspace (you can buy it from Dis Before Dishonour). In 2 oo8 they toured in Sweden with Irritation, From The Ashes and Dodeskaden.

Altare-Demo 2008

Altare is an old school death metal/crust band from Germany and these tracks is their 2008 demo: They balance between crust and death metal, the demo consists of six tracks and 25 minutes of running time, the leading guitar has a crust flavor in some tracks(God of deconstruction) while metal overcomes in some others(Tumultus ad murum, No existence), the production is good and dissent and along with drums help the creation of crust feeling since there 's neither clear death metal sound nor manic blast beats. Lyrically they are into metal territory but their attitude is in the punk/hardcore/diy area, there are some nice guitar melodies, a girl handles bass duties,the vocals are sometimes clear, sometime high pitched screams and deep low growls, not the metal total distorted but the growl that is familiar to crust bands.

Disagreed-Demo 2008

i have a bunch of demos for this month (Altare,Rakkaus,4 Scums,Unquiet,Uncle Charles,Constant State of Terror etc) but no free time, hope to bring you as more as i can.
Disagreed hail from Rostov,Russia, they formed in autumn of 2007 and a few months later they recorded this three track demo.Despite the Dis on their name they are a NYHC band and not another dis-raw punk/crustcore act. I m not into Agnostic Front, Madball and this kind of hardcore in general so i can't tell they sound like this or like that. The sound quality is good with raw and thick guitars, the typical NYHC vocals are there, each track is about two minutes long and the whole thing is not bad at all (if you are into this). They offer the demo for free in their myspace, in alternative you can choose my upload.
According to their myspace the are going to record some tracks for an upcoming ep
